The Victorian Government has banned all e-waste from landfill, which means no electronic items including light bulbs can go into any kerbside bin.
Fluorescent lights (including CFLs) can be taken to the following facilities to be recycled for free:
- Kyneton Resource Recovery Facility
- Romsey Resource Recovery Facility
- Woodend Resource Recovery Facility
