Council accepts both ferrous (e.g. steel) and non-ferrous (e.g. brass, aluminium, copper) metals for recycling.
Items including nails, bolts, screws, keys and BBQ's can be recycled.
Scrap metal should never be placed in your household kerbside bins.
Metal can be taken to the following facilities for free:
